Our story
Built where the work happens
Pinakexa Systems was founded in Ichalkaranji, a city whose looms and factories run on hard work and tight margins.
Too many of these businesses still depend on paper registers, phone calls and scattered spreadsheets. Owners often find out about problems only after they have cost money. Big ERP systems are too complex and too expensive, and generic software does not understand how a loom shed or a tea factory actually works.
We started Pinakexa to close that gap: modern, web-based software that is simple enough for the shop floor, powerful enough for the owner, and shaped around each industry from day one. Alongside our platform, we build custom software, mobile apps and websites for businesses that want to grow digitally.

Why we started Pinakexa Systems
Pinakexa Systems was founded on 1 September 2026, after we saw a clear gap in the industries and factories around us.
The world is changing fast, yet many manufacturers and industrial businesses still rely on manual labour and paperwork, without an organised system to run the day. So we asked a simple question: why not streamline these industries with the ERP we were already selling in foreign countries?
That is how Pinakexa Systems was born. We work with small, mid-size and large businesses alike, and our aim is clear: help every industry automate its day-to-day manual work and data entry with our ERP, so owners and teams can spend their time growing the business.
